1HZ Gearbox Transfer Case Features

4W: Power is rigidly distributed to the front and rear axles in a 50:50 hard-connection configuration. Suitable for sand, snow, or muddy surfaces.

Rugged Housing: Constructed with a high-strength cast iron and aluminum alloy housing, ensuring both heat dissipation and lightweight design while maintaining rigidity to withstand chassis impacts in harsh environments.

1. Before installation, please replace the front and rear oil seals of the half-shaft and the primary shaft oil seal to prevent oil leaks after installation.

2. Before installation, please check the clutch disc and transmission release bearing. If damaged, replace them immediately. For automatic transmissions, simply replace the oil seals. Remember to properly install the torque converter for automatic transmissions to avoid damaging the transmission oil pump after installation.

3. Upon starting, do not accelerate immediately. Let the engine idle for 20 minutes to break in, checking for oil leaks before test driving.
